1. No cancellation, refund or ticket exchange is allowed once tickets are sold.
2. Lost or damaged tickets will not be entertained.
3. Complimentary tickets shall not be resold or offered for sale. The organizer reserves the right to confiscate these complimentary tickets.
4. Food and drinks from outside the event venue are not allowed in the premises.
5. The organizer reserves the right to act against any person who breaches any of the above terms and conditions.
6. No refund of tickets will be made under any circumstances except pursuant to conditions under Event Cancellation.
7. The organizer may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to dangerous situations or any other causes beyond reasonable control.
8. In the event of a postponement, ticket validity will automatically be transferred to the new date and may be used accordingly.
