These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of shuttle van tickets (“Ticket” or “Shuttle Service”) provided for transportation to and/or from the Borneoland Music Festival 2025 (“Festival”). By purchasing, using, or boarding the shuttle, you agree to these Terms.

1. Ticket Purchase & Validity
A Ticket grants one individual a single seat for the specified route, date, and departure time chosen at purchase.
Tickets are non-transferable unless expressly permitted by the operator.
A valid e-ticket or physical ticket must be presented for boarding.
Lost, misplaced, or damaged tickets will not be reissued.

2. Schedules & Operations
Shuttle schedules, routes, and pickup points will be published through official Festival communication channels.
Passengers must arrive at the pickup point at least 15 minutes before departure.
Departure times are subject to change due to weather, traffic, safety issues, or operational requirements.
Passengers who miss their departure time will be considered no-shows and will not receive a refund or alternative trip.

3. Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations
All Tickets are non-refundable, except as required by Malaysian law.
Ticket exchanges to a different time slot may be permitted at the operator’s discretion and only if seats are available.
If the Shuttle Service is cancelled by the operator and no alternative option is provided, passengers may receive a refund limited to the Ticket price.

4. Passenger Conduct & Safety
All passengers must follow the instructions of shuttle drivers and staff at all times.
Seatbelts must be worn when provided.
Smoking, vaping, alcohol consumption, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the shuttle.
Any disruptive, unsafe, or aggressive behaviour may result in denied boarding or removal without refund.
Carry-on items must be stored safely. Oversized or prohibited items may be refused.

5. Liability
Passengers travel at their own risk.
The operator is not responsible for personal items that are lost, stolen, or damaged.
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, the operator’s liability arising from or related to the Shuttle Service is limited to the Ticket purchase amount.
The operator is not liable for delays caused by weather, road conditions, traffic, mechanical issues, or any circumstances beyond its control.

6. Accessibility
Passengers requiring special assistance must inform the operator during ticket purchase or at least 72 hours before travel.
The operator will make reasonable efforts to accommodate accessibility needs within operational capabilities and local regulations.

7. Festival Admission
A Shuttle Ticket does not grant entry to the Borneoland Music Festival 2025.
Festival admission tickets must be purchased separately.

8. Personal Data
Personal information provided during ticket purchase will be used for ticket processing, safety, and communication related to the Shuttle Service.
Data will be handled in accordance with Malaysian data protection principles and the operator’s privacy policy.

9. Amendments
The operator reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
Changes will be announced through official Festival communication channels and apply to all future Shuttle Service usage.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Sarawak.
